1.3. Email Spam
Sending unsolicited mail messages, including, without limitation, commercial advertising and informational announcements, is explicitly prohibited. A user shall not use another site's mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site, otherwise your account will be terminated and Secure Proxy Network will turn over your personal information on request.
If it was found that a bulk mailing was sent out from you and your account with us was terminated for this reason, your information would be provided to the person or organisation requesting it from the UK or any other Country with spam laws.
SPAM is defined as any unwanted and unsolicited transmission of data through email and usenet newsgroups. It includes but is not limited to:

1.4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Secure Proxy Network keeps logs of user activity for the sole purpose of handling abuse reports. These logs contain a record of web accesses made to and through our service. These proxy logs are not revealed to anyone outside of our organization under normal circumstanses. However if you use this service for spamming, spoofing or any of the other prohibited uses as described above we will report this illegal activity to the proper authorities. Please read our Privacy Policy.
1.5. Password Sharing Prohibition
Regardless of the circumstances, passwords must never be shared or revealed to anyone else besides the authorised user. To do so exposes the authorised user to responsibility for actions that the other party takes with the password. Where a user is found to have given the use of a username or password to a third party disciplinary measures will be implemented.
1.6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Secure Proxy Network will gladly stop your monthly automatic billing on any proxy account registered for our CGI proxy network. If you sign up for our monthly service and request the service to be cancelled, your account will no longer be billed starting from the date of your email notification. Your service will still be active until the renewal date; at which time the account will be cancelled and deleted from our system.
To cancel your account, simply send a cancellation request from our Support Centre stating your wish to cancel. Please include your first and last name as well as your email address you used to open the account. All requests sent from our support centre are encrypted for added security. Secure Proxy Network will promptly refund any charges made, if your request was placed before your billing date and your account was still charged.
1.7. Download limits
Secure Proxy Network currently does not place any limitations on bandwidth usage. However, in order to provide a reliable and fast web proxy service to all our users and to the bandwidth limitations imposed on us by hosting companies, we have to establish download limits for each user.
By default new subscribers have a download limit equal to 1 Gigabyte of data. If this limit is exceeded then the user's account is locked and the web proxy service cannot be used until the beginning of the next payment term.
Additional download credit can be bought to increase the download limit for the payment term and can be used to unlock an account. A download limit upgrade, however, is effective for the current payment term only and is reset to the default 1 Gigabyte limit at the beginning of the next payment term.
A download counter can be used in the user's Control Panel to see the download limit used for the current payment term.
1.8. Policy Modifications
We may change this Terms of Service from time to time. We will post any changes here, so be sure to check back periodically.
1.9. Comments and Questions
If you have any questions, comments or concerns about our Terms Of Service, you may contact us by sending an email from our secure Support Centre.
